Our mission is to provide dermatology care to the community. We recognize that obtaining medical care is difficult, which is why we work hard to improve your access to care at a reasonable price.

Are you related to insurances?

We are in-network with most commercial insurers and most insurer you get through your job.

Including First Choice, all labor unions, HMA, Premera, Regence, Cigna, Aetna, United, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Kaiser PPO and Kaiser select

Do you accept patients with Medicare ?


Do you network with government sponsored insurers?

We are not in-network with government-sponsored insurers, such as Apple Health, Molina, Medicaid, Tricare, Amerigroup, DSHS, Community Health Plan. You are welcome to come in as self-pay.

Which other insurers are you not affiliated with?

We are not in network with Humana, Kaiser core, and Molina. 


Can I self-pay?

Yes! With self-pay our prices are lower than you think!  Visit our treatments page for pricing. 


Which are the prices?

We receive lots of questions about pricing. We will give you a firm quote at your first appointment. 

Can I cancel?

Yes! Our cancellation policies are the most generous of any clinic. Cancellation Policy: one business hour's notice for medical appointments. 24 hours notice for esthetician appointment. Please show up to your appointment, Please note that if your appointment is at 9AM, you must cancel before close-of-business the business day before in order to not be charged a cancellation fee. 

What I have to bring?

Bring your insurance card and ID. Self-pay patients do not need ID

What must I pay at my appointment?

You must pay copays and deductibles. We try our best to predict what your out-of-pocket cost will be before you leave the building, and you will have to pay that amount. Many of our older folks are accustomed to paying a bill after it arrives in the mail, but we do our best to calculate your out-of-pocket expense before you leave the building. If you do owe, we will send you a bill. If we collected too much, we will refund you.

Tenemos un traductor disponible con cita previa. Puede enviarnos un mensaje de texto en español al 253-251-2688. Los pacientes que pagan en efectivo/Visa/MC no necesitan identificación.

Which are your opening hours?

Weekday hours: We are open Tue,Wed,Fri 9am-5pm. We are closed Mondays and Thursdays.
