Psoriasis is a common skin condition where cells build up rapidly on the surface. This forms silvery scales and red patches that are itchy and sometimes painful. We treat all forms of psoriasis. Have you seen TV commercials for the psoriasis injections? We are a registered prescriber of injectable biologic shots.

Genital lumps and bumps are common. We treat a lot of anal and genital warts. We discreetly diagnose and treat all types. Treatments include liquid nitrogen, bichloroacetic acid, cantharone (Beetlejuice), and candida. Medical exam with prescription is $180 (1st time only). Procedure cost extra.  

A rash covering a large amount of body surface, especially itchy or swollen, deserves treatment by a dermatology clinic. Rashes come in many flavors, including: scaly, thick, leathery, red, painful, itchy, oozy, pus-filled. Do you have a troublesome rash? Researchers don’t yet fully understand what causes rosacea. The condition often affects people with fair skin who blush easily. Certain triggers can make rosacea flare up, but aren’t the cause.  Signs that you may have rosacea include: -Deep flushing, easy blushing, and sensitive, dry skin -Acne-like breakouts or bumps and pimples within the reddened areas

Nail disease or onychosis is a disease or deformity of the nail. There are many types of nail disease which require medical treatment. The most common nail disease is onychomycosis, a fungal infection which can persist for years or decades. Note: We do not perform nail surgeries

Acne and facial scars can have either atrophic (indents) or hypertrophic (raised) textures. Facial scarring is often caused by severe acne or deep wound trauma. Treatment to reduce the look of scarring depends on the type of scars present. Clinic Dermatology offers many different cosmetic procedures to target either atrophic or hypertropic scarring.

Warts are small, non-painful bumps that live on hands, feet, and genitals. Clinic Dermatology uses many treatments for wart treatment. Multiple treatments over several months are required. Medical exam with Rx $180. Procedures are extra.

Acne is more than an occasional blemish or pimple. Though teens are susceptible to acne, many men and women in their 30's develop acne.  Acne is a result of clogged pores.  When bacteria enter the clogged pore, the outcome is inflamed, red, and swollen bumps, cysts, and nodules.

Pilar cysts are common fluid-filled growths that form from hair follicles. The cysts appear as smooth, movable bumps under the skin and are most often found on the scalp. There can be multiple cysts in one area. Pilar cysts often run in families. Skin check $180, procedure costs are extra. 

Red, itchy, and inflamed skin is usually a sign of eczema. Babies and children often develop it on their cheeks and the rest of their face, but it can occur anywhere in children and adults. Eczema doesn’t look the same on every person. Other symptoms include: -Dry patches or dark-colored patches of skin -Rough, scaly skin -Blisters or sores.

If your child has a skin condition, Clinic Dermatology has the experience \to treat your child.  Diagnosis of skin conditions including hemangiomas, birthmarks, congenital disorders, eczema, psoriasis, contact dermatitis, hives and warts. Minimum age 24 months. 

Sutures, or otherwise know as Stitches, are available for urgent care dermatological needs. Your wound may require sutures if -the cut is deeper than 1/4" -there is a risk of infection -fat, muscle, or bone is visible -you have cosmetic concerns about your cut -after 15 min of pressure, the cut is still bleeding. Ringworm (tinea) is an itchy fungal infection that develops on the top layer of your skin. It's characterized by a red circular rash with clearer skin in the middle. Related diseases include athlete's foot (tinea pedis), jock itch (tinea cruris) and ringworm of the scalp (tinea capitis). Ringworm often spreads by direct skin-to-skin contact with an infected person.

Individuals with skin of color include Hispanics, Asians, and African-Americans. The clinical presentation and appropriate treatments for skin disease are different. At Clinic Dermatology, we meet the diagnostic and therapeutic challenges posed by skin of color. You can feel confident that your provider has the know-how to treat patients with darker skin types. 

People of all colors and races can get skin cancer. Clinic Dermatology recommends regular skin exams for everyone. Exams can be single spot or a full body check. If a suspicious spot is found, we will take a biopsy and send for further testing. Skin check is $180, biopsy and lab fees are extra. 

Vitiligo is characterized by loss of skin pigmentation in patches. This is caused by the lack of melanin. The discolored areas often first appear on the hands, face, and areas around body openings and the genitals. The patches get bigger with time. This condition can affect the skin on any part of the body including hair and the inside of the mouth and nose. 

Moles, lesions and other spots include lumps, bumps, or other areas of skin that are not normal. We remove lots of troublesome lumps and bumps. The price is less than you think! Removed skin may be sent to lab for analysis. Required skin check $180, procedure costs extra. No eyelids.

Skin tags are small pieces of soft, squishy, hanging skin. They live in areas that rub (neck, armpits, groin). Clinic Dermatology uses different treatment methods for the removal of tags including cryotherapy, electrocautery, or scalpel. Skin check $180, procedure costs extra.

Folliculitis is an infection and inflammation of hair follicles. The condition may occur anywhere on the body, though is most common on hair-bearing areas. Signs include red, rashy skin. Folliculitis of the upper chest and back often looks like tiny flesh-colored bumps that resembles acne. This is a commonly mis-diagnosed and under-treated.

Hyperpigmentation or Melasma typically appears as brown or grey patches of skin on your face or body. This common skin condition often occurs due to prolonged, repetitive sun exposure or hormone changes (pregnancy). People with darker skin are more prone to developing darkened patches of skin. We offer cosmetic procedures for treatment.

Do you ever have an acne bump occur right before an important event? Try a cosmetic cortisone injection. Your cyst will shrink overnight. This injection can be used for acne, cysts, and keloid/hypertrophic scars.
